Why am I so obsessed with prison shows/movies/documentaries? My favorite movie is (and always will be) The Shawshank Redemption, my favorite TV show at the moment is Prison Break, and although I had a horrific nightmare last night about being stuck in jail, I am now going to lay down and watch a prison documentary called National Geographic: Aryan Brotherhood before I go to sleep. Perhaps it’s the thought that thousands of people in America are incarcerated for years on end that intrigues me. That, or it just down right scares the shit out of me. It’s crazy (entertaining) how they get these people to talk about what they do in prison on these National Geographic documentaries.
I better not rob a bank anytime soon, I don’t think I’d do too well on the other side of the camera.
